BAD COMMUNICATION!!!! and deduct more money and then you struggle to get it back.
Dont use this company. they have super bad communication after you signed up. I used them for four items. i settled 3 of the items on the list but this company deducted the amount of all four items from my account and now they are refusing to pay back the extra money that went off.
but have to HIGHLIGHT the BAD COMMUNICATION!!!!

18 Dec 2024, 14:51After lots of struggles I got through to the Admin manager Dayaan. It looked liked the problem is going to get sorted out. I filled in the form he send through and the proof of bank account. He said three days for my money to show.
On 5 day I needed to follow-up again from my side. To hear that they now request personal information that I'm not willing to share before they will make payment.
A complaint at the NCR is logged as this is not accepted.
