Telkom subcontractors get the job done

<p>After a month of not hearing from Telkom about getting a simple landline installed in our home (we need it in order for private service provider to give us ADSL) -and after insisting to speak to the people responsible- we were put through by Telkom directly to their subcontractors, Libby Construction. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was not an easy job, due the location of the Telkom "box" in our neighbourhood, but the bottom line with Ravi (the technician) is that he managed to get the job done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lee's communication and proactiveness throughout was excellent.</p> <p> </p> <p>And special mention to Desire at head office who was also proactive in the process. </p>
