What a joke

Hi there, wish there was an option for no star as they don't even deserve that. I had a small loan from a company, that's been deducted monthly and cleared as of yesterday. I received an sms and an email this morning that if I was NOT going to pay in full that I'd be blacklisted. This "Great", "lawfirm" didn't call or make sure they had all their ducks in a row before threatening. Well done, great job guys. You're a joke
