LGR unresponsive, refusing to update payment profile and send me a paid up letter.
I have settled all my accounts including LGR but struggling to get a paid up letter from them. All my accounts reflect as closed except for LGR as they did not even bother updating my payment profile.

Paid up letter not being provided
I settled my account with *** on a discounted offer. Despite numerous follow ups , your agents cannot confirm when i will receive my paid up letter It has been months and now another law firm is now contacting me for the same account I already paid with ***. I request: 1. Paid up letter on your letterhead 2. Confirmation account is closed

Unprofessional Conduct and Failure to Resolve Account Issues Continued Harassment Over a Cancelled Account
On 19 January 2026, I contacted the LGR offices regarding my account they insist I need to settle and discussed it with their staff. LGR continues to harass me for payments on my Fidelity account, which was cancelled in November 2025. They are insisting that I pay radio fees for 2026, despite the account no longer being active. I have been attempting to cancel my contract with ADT since 2024 and have provided LGR with all the relevant email correspondence as proof. Despite this, they continue to demand payment. I am also dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. The staff members are often rude and unprofessional. Each time I contact their offices, I am required to explain the entire situation to a different person, as the individual handling my account is always unavailable or too busy to assist. I request that this matter be resolved urgently and that all further collection efforts relating to this cancelled account cease immediately.

These debt collectors are rude and pathetic. Even when I show the evidence that this is a fabricated debt, they still continue to harass me. This is not a business but a legal whitewashing of corporate bullying

Not sticking to their settlement issued to me
LGR ATTORNEYS gave me 30% discount to settle my account before the 28 July 2026. When I called to settle they changed the percentage to 10% saying it was an error.
