Very bad service
Very Bad service( Themba)
He is the only person to speak to there. There's no any contact.
My property was registered with deeds office on 9 December 2021. Up to date I still have to receive my money or even a call to explain the delay in finalizing the settlement balance. My home loan was closed in 14 December 2021. This means that by now I should be knowing if I still owe the bank or the bank owes me. Please in future the bank must appoint competent attorneys instead of LGR attorneys based in Pretoria. I don't think if they understand client service. Very poor service from the start of the property allocation.
