useless company with useless employees

i made a payment arrangement wit Aphiwe Sinuka and i paid the agreed amount on time. I had to swear at him first to update payments as i continued to receive messages demanding payment after i sent him the proof of payment. I settled the account as agreed and now when i have to get my settlement letter stating that i have honoured the agreement made firstly he sent me the letter with wrong information then when i queried it he went silent. I pulled in his team leader but all seem to be dragging their feet in giving me what is due to me. This is really a useless company they only know how to harass people for payment but cannot do what is required of them
