Unprofessional service

I received threatening calls and emails from this company and the consultants that phones me are always rude, They keeps on asking me to pay the money Once off, even though I went to the ABSA branch and did some arrangements of how to pay but these people keeps on threatening me and repossess my vehicle, I think I have to take further actions against these ********
