Unprofessional, Incapable of providing information

So, payments have been made directly to the bank. LGR REFUSES to provide statements of account, the outdated statement they have (August 2020) does not include the payments made since then, and I have spoken to numerous representatives from LGR requesting statements of account yet all I keep getting are threats. They cannot even be bothered to check with their client why my bank account is still being debited when LGR is meant to be dealing with the matter. Entirely unprofessional conduct from all of their staff that I have dealt with, their inability to provide relevant information as well as to ensure that their own records are updated is pathetic. There are claims all over the internet that this company is a **** as well, which is easy to believe when they show such incompetence as well as inability to provide requested information (to which I have a right)
