Unprofessional bullies

Extremely unprofessional & harassing . They emailed me claiming I owed money to ADT & referred to a contract, which I have no recollection of signing or agreeing to. Despite numerous requests to them sending me a copy of the 'mysterious' Contract, they continue to fail to do this. Instead, they Keep sending me demands of payment & are now threatening me: Be listed on certain Credit Bureaus. Bad credit profile means not more debt! Issuing of a SUMMONS for immediate payment of the full outstanding amount together with interest and legal fees. This will be served by the Sheriff of the court at your place of employment or your residential address. Not once have they rep**** to my emails sent me any proof of the claim.
