Unprofessional behaviour

I am dissatisfied with your attempt to resolve this issue, I copies of the conversations recorded and the problem remains unresolved. I have prepared a complaint for submission to the proper agencies for investigation, once again bad service and no feedback on the unprofessional service and the rudeness the call centre speak.
