I have been receiving NON STOP sms's that legal action will proceed against me as no payment on my ABSA cheque account has been received.

When in actual fact payment has been made on my account on the 25th of August 2017.

I have been dealing with Cheney Swarts - 5 emails has been sent to her and I am not even taking into account how many phone calls has been made. PROOF OF PAYMENT has been sent on numerous occasions since the 25th of August, and this morning I receive yet another SMS that legal action is now taken against me as the agreed payment has not been made.

This is the 4th time in a space of 6 months that LGR has done this to me and EVERY single time I have to report this to the ombudsman as unauthorized transactions from LGR is then made against my savings acc.

I need this to be resolved before ANOTHER R3000.00 gets taken without my consent.

As we speak I am also referring the matter to the ombudsman and my own attorneys as there is clearly no solution to LGR's incompetence.
