Two debt collectors from standard bank

I am so dissapointed in the way standard bank has been handling debt collection on my debts. I am unemployed and made payment arrangements with standard bank and the law firm Brooks and Luyt attorneys and has since then been paying my agreed installments up to this date from July 2019. In September 2019 another law firm LGR attorneys contacted me to collect the same debt on behalf of standard bank. I then contacted standard bank to find out why they had 2 debt collectors on my back for the same debt and all i got was that they cant help me and i needed to sort it out between the two law firms (which i found was quite rude and ********). Anyways I then contacted LGR and told them that i was already dealing with Brooks and Luyt and they asked me to send proof and i did. I sent them my bank statements. However they continued to pursue me and now has informed me that they will send me a summons if I dont pay my debt. I do not know what to do next as standard bank isnt clearing things with them that i am paying my debt . What should i do next? I have the following options i think i have. - Contact the NCR - Contact Brooks and Luyt to speak to LGR - Contact the Debt Council - Contact Standard Bank again Please Help
