The worst company ever!!!!

LGR has been collectingon behalf of Atlas, they've provided me with a settlement amount, which was paid. They sent through a paid up letter, which need me to insert my ID number in order to open it, I emailed a number of times because the ID Number was incorrect, Called in a number of times. I made an additional call this morning, where i was asked to confirm my ID number again, and was than informed that my payments were being allocated to someone else's account, and the paid up letter received belongs to that particular individual, I'm being told that my account is still active and the balance they have provided was incorrect, no remorse whatsoever was shown about this matter, and now I'm supposed to pay for an account that has accumulated interest because of this. My account was handled by Gazelle and Portia
