Terrible

LGR Attorneys does not have a clear turnaround time, I have been sent by the recoveries agent from pillar to post, I settled my debt, I was told that I would be furnished with the paid-up letter in the next 2-3 working days, the recoveries agent that was assisting me was Tebogo Tswene. As per my discussion with Tebogo I waited for the paid-up letter to no avail, when I called again after 5 working days I was told that by another recoveries Evidence agent that Tebogo had sent the letter, when I called Tebogo to follow she told me that the letter would be sent within 21 working days.
