Stupidity

I have made an arrangement with these people. Thabo and Sune refuses to allocate the payment made last month. I have been unemployed since 2019 and a friend that wants to remain anonymous said she will help make a monthly payment until I find a job and are able to make my own payments. This is for an Absa account. My friend refuses to send the proof of payment as she said these individuals might contact her etc. I have works for huge companies doing for one band reconciliation and I know even though a proof of payment is preferred allocations can be made if I give them the name, amount, date, reference number. So basically there can be no arrangement unless you can provide the pop. They are sitting with the money paid into their account, due to Absa but chooses to not allocate it? How many people have made payments and it simply does not get allocated to their accounts.
