Struggling since 25/07/2016 to make an arrangement with Melandi Botha

<p>I have been struggling to no avail with mails back & forth since the 25/07/2016 to Melandi Botha to make a payment arrangement split into 3 months but have not been successful thus far which is shocking especially if a client is keen to pay outstanding fees. I am not sure if my english isn't on par but my request is quite simple. The email I received states an amount excl legal fees so all I need to know if this payment arrangement is acceptable & what the correct amount will be for the next 3 months. I need this sorted out asap as my patience is worn out from all the back & forth, at this stage I would appreciate assistance of some kind.</p>
