Still threatening without banking details!!!

After my previous complaint I tried calling and got no response. I am still receiving threatening sms's but without banking details. Why is it that they can send me the messages with the amounts due but cannot include the banking details like other companies do????? I am willing to make a payment but am unable to due to their lack of logic in this situation. No banking deals = no payment
