Still no response

I received a settlement offer, without stating any settlement amount. I queried this 2 weeks ago and also again asked that LGR only contact me via email as I cannot take phone calls during the day. No response, yet I receive threatening sms! I have sent about 6 emails the last 2 weeks - will someone please respond.
