Shocking threatening tactics used by LGR Attorneys

Pity there isn't an option for zero stars! I see that many people are complaining about the same thing with LGR Attorneys, the constant threats, and harassment that comes via, endless calls, SMS's and Emails. Today I have absolutely had it, its enough having been retrenched because of COVID and being the sole bread winner, to get calls telling you that all your possessions are going to be attached, that you failed to make payment of ridiculous amounts, and even after you explain your personal situation, the threats don't stop, in the space of 2 hours today, I received a threat of court action against me via SMS and email, even when I emailed Sunay DuPlessis, and told her that the harassment must stop, and advised that a payment was made last week, and sent my bank statements to prove I don't have the R500 that they are demanding the threatening email came. I have reported this law firm to: the Debt Collectors Council, NCR and will also be making a complaint to the law society. For goodness sake, we are in the middle of a pandemic, and there is no compassion show, just debt collectors who wish to add more burden to an already stretched and desperate consumer.
