Settlement quotation

My account was handed over to you guys from bluu car rental and I called regarding settlement with discount, one of your agent said I can get 30, she confirmed the amount I asked for a settlement quotation she said she will send n never did, I called over n over again she always say she will called n send the quotation of which she never did until this day its been 3 months calling n asking to be send this quotation, but never got anything. The service is extremely bad..
