Settlement offer
I made arrangements wing you people to deduct R1000.00 from my account to pay off my loan and it went off for the first time on the 20th of June 2018. In July i got an sms which offered a discount if i settle my account, i then emailed and almost immediately I got a call from Lucia Mahlangu who arranged for a settlement and confirmed that it would be R20557.00. Today the 20th of July 2018 a debit of R1000.00 went off and I queried this with Lucia on emails as I had expected the settlement amount to go off on 21/08/2018....the response i got from her is appalling. She said didn't explain why the money went off and instead tells me I am not doing you guys any favours by settling my account. What kind of a response is that??? I am considering instructing my bank to stop you people from debiting tomorrow if this is the kind of service i can expect from you
