Sending threats but they dont do their work

Sending me threatening smses after payment was made and proof of payment sent. Payment was made on time not my fault if they dont do their work. Also after payment arrangement was made i recieved a summons????? Like how do you send a summons but i made a arrangement. Also I requested a statement at first before i made arrangement and accoring to law im entitled to a statement before i make arangement but they threaten you.
