Section 129 notice not clear

<p>I received a section 129 notice from Louw Genis & Rajoo Inc. I sent an e-mail to explain paragraph 5 of their notice and I quote"Unfortunately, should you not respond to this notice within 10 (ten) business days from the date of it being delivered to you or sent to you by registered mail, we may approach a court to enforce our Agreement." I want them to confirm the date when the letter was mailed as 2016-06-15 and the date said letter was received as 2016-06-05.</p>
