********!!! Take your money can't provide a paid up letter, other attorneys calling you after to collect for the same acc!!

LGR is the absolute worst, all friendly and helpful in the beginning quick to take your money and then ghost you when it comes time for you paid up letter!!! They are complete ********, offer me a settlement agreement, once I had paid it up I have a different attorney calling me demanding the full amount (after discounted agreement). Been dealing with GERTRUDE MAHASA who has ignored my emails and calls for 5 months now! No one can tell me what's going on... Seems like complain g on this platform is the only way to get a response from these people! Please refuse any interaction with them.. You have the right to pay your acc directly to the credit provider.. These kinds of places should be put out of business, seeing they have no clue on how to conduct it!!
