Rude consultant

I have had the worst experience with rude Maria. I tried to be polite, but the moment you ask questions, she said she wasnt suppose to answer the call and someone else will call me back. She was rude as hell and had a rude attitude from the word go. How can people interact with them and explain their problem and situation. Instead, lgr only threatens you and treat you like lowclass ****.
