Rude Agents

I'm so disgusted with the service from your Agents Sera MAtome and Sibongile Mzobe.. They are absolutely rude.. no manner of approach.. They forget they dealing with humans.. No one just doesnt okay becos they feel like not paying.. we all have been affected by covid lockdown but for some it's worse then others.. They refused to help me make an arrangement instead they where threatening to take my assets. What is this? Sera even said on the phone "I Will NOT LIsten to You.. Companies should really look at which attorneys you use.. You will loose customers forever.. good customers that are going through a rough patch temporarily..
