Responses are too slow
Take forever to respond.
I'm currently based overseas trying to resolve an issue regarding payment which I've made to LGR as I have received an email stating that I haven't made the payment even after I have sent proof of payment.
I've sent countless emails as I was given a 24hour deadline with zero response.
This is stressful and very frustrating.
Communications need to be quicker
