Remove my details from your system and STOP bothering me!!!

It seems to me that employees at your company don't understand simple English. Therefore, how can I put this to you? STOP SENDING EMAILS TO MY ADDRESS! (***) I have been inundated with endless messages from your company all hours of the day and night looking for a person unbeknownst to me! It has gotten to the point that I have to cancel my email address which I have had for 25 years just because some smart idiot on your side allocated my email address to another person with the same initial and surname as myself. Out of interest, what do you do when you are looking for a "Koos van der Merwe" or "Mr Dlamini"? Do you simply pick an email address off the internet and harass whoever you can get hold of? For the past several months I have been responding to the emails stating clearly that you have the WRONG email address, yet the messages continue - M Horn, J Bester, and a long list of other employees. Do you seriously not have to understand basic language not to work for your firm? For the record - I am JEAN Belstead - yes, also a J but not the person you are seeking. (I also do not have any accounts as I am a pensioner)
