Refund

I made a huge payment into my LGR account by mistake and still haven’t received any feedback may I get a refund that’s my child’s money for fees I have been paying properly and don’t see a reason to not get the refund

I am not happy with how Sibongile is dealing with my query she’s advising the money went to the bank yet I paid into LGR I went to the bank and they are advising this is not their account the account belongs to LGR so I don’t understand why Sibongile is saying the account is not theirs

May you please assist as I need these funds for my daughters fees
