Query with STD BANK that LGR refused to listen to or feedback to STD
A bunch of rude, unprofessional people, specifically Patricia Letsoalo. In all my years working in retail and collections, I have never met a person who does not put listen. I am glad to have resolved the issue with STD bank, as Patricia refused to listen to my query. Secondly i called today to request to speak to one of the directors, who was all in an apparent meeting. Left my details and so far not one had the decency to call me back
