Putrid Service

I had an Absa account more than five years ago. This Call Centre called me this year wanting to collect old debt. I told Daphney that the debt had prescribed a long time ago and i would like her to follow up or forward my concerns to the relevant department that deals with such. All i got was harrassment and no help, today i received another call from a consultant that didnt want to take what i said into consideration. Putrid service...
