Prescribed debt sold on
After receiving numerous emails from LGR Attorneys in 2012 and 2013, I informed you the alleged debt was in fact prescribed.

I today received another email from MBD LEGAL COLLECTIONS acquired the rights, title and interest on this alleged debt.

According to the Prescription Act, this has expired and you *******ly passed/sold a non-existent debt.

I still have all the emails from Hope offering me Christmas discounts dated to this period.

I await your explanation why you sold on a prescribed account *******ly.

Dear Mr Brewer, we deny selling any debt as this debt never belonged to us. We act on behalf of a client and when the mandate ends, the account is returned to our client.
