Paid up/ settled letter

Lgr have listed my wife on itc in 2017. We however tried purchasing a property last year 2020...and noticed that the judgement was against her name made by Lgr attorneys. This year we again tried. To purchase a property and still did Absa pic up under ITC. We then submitted the proof of payment letters, and we received the letters from Absa bank. However the case number that was placed by Lgr attorneys is 5035/17 is still reflecting under itc. I managed to call LGR attorneys but was advised. That the only person to speak was there line manager which is Mrs. Tasneem Peterson. I have sent her numerous mails but she only reads them and does not respond. I requested her to give me a paid/ settled letter from Lgr attorneys as the case number they used still reflects on ITC. This letter is needed as I'm in the process of purchasing a property.... But the letter from Lgr is outstanding... And Mrs. Peterson is not assisting. This matter needs to be addressed soon to process my home loan. Kindly asst please
