paid up letter recieved but information not updated
i was handed over to LGR and i later settled the loan with you guys. i recieved a paid up letter from you guys but it still shows that im owing on my credit report and i asked you guys to submit the information but you guys didnt. ive been calling you but you guys are not updating my information. Please can you guys sort it out? its affecting my credit
