Not updating ITC records

Horrifyingly ***********. I paid my ABSA creditcard off in May of last year and got a paid up letter. Yesterday I was denied a loan because according to them I have been missing payments on my credit obligations every month. When I pulled my credit record it's reflecting that I defaulted on my creditcard and it still shows as outstanding on my ITC record. They are literally destroying people's lives because they cannot do their work properly. Please have someone contact me to remove this from my ITC record immediately and have my profile updated for the last year to remove the bad payment history as well. I will in the meantime report you to the ombudsman for unfair business practices. ABSA should know better than hiring people like this.
