No statements after paying for many years?Even after many months of requests?

Dear Madam

I sincerely hope you could kindly assist once again.

I have been paying 5 accounts towards ABSA and Standard Bank for the last few years. It was discovered that I had overpaid the Standard Bank Credit Card account and R5000 (which we are still trying to recover from Standard Bank/MBD -Munnik Da Gama and Basson) are still due to us due to overpayment. I fear that the other 4 accounts might be in the same situation. Could you kindly assist as i've asked for numerous occasions for statements but none has been forthcoming. These Standard and ABSA bank accounts are being overseen by MacRobert and LGR Attorneys. (under MBD- Munnik Basson and Da Gama attornies) Ive been asking them for the last few years for statements ,but so far nothing?'I am paying regularly monthly payments and how do i know ,if i haven't overpaid already?

Could you kindly assist by approaching Standard Bank and ABSA bank.

i have been complaining for years to no avail.Up to now, I still have not received a single statement accept for the Credit cards. Fortunately it was found that the credit card was overpaid by R5000. I am still trying to get the refund for the overpayment , but unfortunately you rep**** saying I should approach MBD -Munnik ,Basson and da Gama. I've written to them on several occasions , but so far no luck. Standard Bank and ABSA said they sold the debt to MBD and it appears MBD in turn had sold it to Macrobert and LGR. Even up to now, I'm still not sure which attorneys are dealing with my 4 accounts (due to no statements for 3 years?) that I'm paying. There's been a squabble between Macrobert and LGR. Previously I was constantly harrassed on a monthly basis by Macrobert and LGR despite paying regularly monthly payments! So much so,that I eventually used Legalwise to get them to stop the harrassment (which was for no reason at all-installments were being paid regularly-Yet I used to be bothered via cellphone messages and emails ,up to 10 at a time.). Thank God for Legalwise!!

All I have been asking for are statements from both attorneys and both banks,but no -one cares?

Hoping this could be resolved as soon as possible,as I've been begging for statements for years?

Good morning sir, LGR does not buy debt. Please send your details to the email address provided and we will check which accounts are still managed by us.
