No Settlement Letter received.

During these trying times of a pandemic, I managed to settle my absa credit card after numerous emails from LGR. It wasn’t easy for my family and I to make a decision to use a big bunch of money and close an account. I was promised a settlement letter and taken off ITC but to my knowledge there’s no letter and no update on ITC, after numerous emails that I sent requesting this I still have not heard a word or received my letter. I hope this will not take another year as I want this LGR nightmare over with now .
