Mixtelematics

No joke this is the worst attorneys i ever came across in my life. I have been handover by Mix telematics when i was retrenced in 2020 August to LGR Attorney, I have a payment arrangement in place with them since Feb 2021 before that i paid myself and hand me over since last year, i consistently making the monthly payment as promised, but i keep on receiving every week almost three times a week annoying nasty threatening messages from LGR Attorneys stating that i have failed to honour my payment arrangement ,apart from the threatening messages, i received phone calls almost every week from LGR, asking me for the payment they apparently it dont reflect on theire system.

I dealt with a different consultants, who ignore and refuse to listen to me but keep harassing me for payment which they have actually received, i phone the number they send with the threats sms and she assured me if i pay the outstanding balance of R298.85 they will stop harassing me and send me a ketter of confirmation the account is setteled in full that was paid on 03 Sept 22 but it still carrys on to date, this is totally not acceptable, further more the consultants are ***** and too lazy, they dial my number and let it ring for 2 rings and no one answers then they send messages stating that they cannot get hold of me, this is bull**** and it needs to stop tommorow i will get a call log from those numbers and time they said they spoke to me which they add fees because they apparently spoke to me i will and place it also on social media.

Every month i got to send proof of payment ,sometimes three times a week ,and because they harass me saying that i HAVE FAILED TO HONOUR MY PAYMENT, BUT I HAVE PAYMENT AND I USE THE REFERENCE THEY HAVE ME FROM DAY ONE THE ENTIRE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT NEEDS TRAINING HOW TO TRACE A REFRENCE NUMBER IN THEIRE BANK ACCOUNT TO ALLOCATE MY PAEYEMNTS ACCORDINGLY. BUT WHY ARE THEY IN ACCOUNTS IF THEY CANT PICK UP AND ALLOCATE PAYMENTS.

I HAVE REQUESTED FOR AN UPDATED STATEMENT TO BE EMAILED TO ME EVERY MONTH, SEVERAL TIMES, BUT TO DATE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN UPDATED STATEMENT.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE MONEY THAT I AM PAYING TO LGR ATTORNEYS ACTUALLY WILL GET PAID BACK TO MIX TELEMATICS TO ME IT SEEMS LIKE LGR ATTORNEYS ARE CHEATS AND I CANT TRUST IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY PAYING MIXTELEMATICS THE MONEY BECAUSE THE BILL STAYS THE SAME FROM MIXTELEMATIX OR IS THE MONEY JUST GOING STRAIGHT INTO LGR PERSONAL ACCOUNT.

THEY HAVE INCOMPENTENT STAFF THAT DONT CARE, YOU MUST BEG FOR A SIMPLE THINGS LIKE AN UPDATED STATEMENT EVERY MONTH.

THIS IS THE MOST ROTTEN ATTORNEYS TO DEAL WITH.
