Miss leading information and no management available

Everytime I get a phone call from LGR they state to me the same missleading information

"To avoid receiving a summons please make agreed payment end of the month" and after sticking to my agreed payment arrangements for 6 months I still recieve summons every month, to which my LGR rep says it's unavoidable.....

Why is it being told to avoid summons make payment when it's complete lies and I will always get one either way.....this is completely missleading and scare tactics to get people to pay which is bull****

As well, when trying to have a discussion with the supposed advisor I get spoken over,belittled,ignored and interrupted,

When asking for a manager I get told "they are not here", so even when I call in there is never management so I must speak to an supervisor instead to find out that the supervisor is always either out as well or on a call or in a meeting which is bull**** because I never get a supposed call back either!

Their service is shocking and missleading, i will stick to my payment arrangements as agreed but I refuse to recieve any of their calls anymore! As their methods and procedures are contradicted and unknown to their own staff!
