I had settled a loan which I had with Absa and was dealt through this pathetic company known as LGR Attorneys... who thinks I'm a headless chicken and got time for bull****... I have settled my loan August and when calling ABSA to find out when it would be removed off ITC I get told according to thier system I haven't settled my account with them and should contact LGR which I did for 2 weeks straight and given the run around and finally on the 13th Oct 2017 management said they submitted everything on the 10th Oct 2017 so I called ABSA and once again I'm told no documents was received from LGR and that I should contact the attorneys once again. I have had it with this company and its incompetence!!
