LGR yet again... More of ******** than "Attorneys"

I am a victim of LGR Attorneys. I took out a woonga short loan. An EFT was effected with a ref number that was 1 number extra and I sent them a proof of payment and bank statement to show that the amount went off with that ref number. They still insisted that they did not receive the money and I went to the bank and the bank said the money was in LGR's suspense account. I call ed back to tell them what the bank said and they said they do not know anything about a suspense account. I went back to the bank and reversed the money but because an EFT is only reversed once the receiver has accepted the request, the request was sent to LGR to release the money. 15 days later I went to the bank to enquire y i ddnt receive the reversed money and the bank said LGR did not approve the request. They called me a week ago to make payment arrangements with them but they have my full EFT payment with them. I'm sick and tired of this company and their incompetence. These loan schemes should opt for better service providers and not this amateur company.
