LGR threats even though I pay without default.

I came to a agreed upon payment with LGR on my Absa Credit Card. I honour the payment every month without fail, sending pop via email in which I cc every person that I have dealt with who works at LGR, And every month they send me a " thank you for paying sms" then a day later I get another email informing me legal action is now being taken because I failed to honour payment . Then it's a back and forth of emails to a few different employees of LGR before they see, they made a mistake... Until next month where I get put through the whole rigmarole again.

They REFUSE to send me a statement, so I conclude they are not keeping track of my payments... But I am.

I would just like to know what's happening to the monthly payments I'm making? Since every month when I finally get a sms saying "payment is in place" they always say its the first payment .

I was dealing with Mariette Hoorn, but she seems to always be missing in action and it was her that I asked to please send me a statement, a few times. She, ofcourse flatly ignores me . But sees to it that I get a monthly threatening email informing me that I am being sued for non payment, even though I cc her in all my pop emails.

I always thought lawyers were competent ...

I had no option to come and vent on hellopeter , because LGR ignore me flat.

What do I have to do to finally get a MONTHLY STATEMENT from you people !!!!
