LGR staff do not understand PRESCRIPTION DEBT.
Looking at ALL the Negative reviews on LGR, I have a lot more insight in the level of training the staff have.
I keep getting phone calls from an Andries demanding money on a prescribed debt. He refuses to listen and in fact argues that a Business Debt do not prescribe.
I have emailed a Lucinda at LGR regarding this matter and what a shocker she doesnt return or acknowledge my correspondence.
Next step is to lay a complaint at the Debt Collectors Council cause clear no one at LGR knows what they are doing.

We did not find an indication that our agent provided inaccurate information with regard to the prescription of corporate debt but we will continue to ensure that our agents remain capable of providing accurate information.
