LGR Collections POOR RESOLVE TO PAID/SETTLED ACCOUNTS!!!USELESS

I had received a settlement discount for my FASTA LOANS by LGR Attorneys in DECEMBER'22 -20th to which i had fulfilled and to date receive an outstanding notice that i owe R3000 and it is still listed on the Credit Bureau! It is the 4th Month of the Year, April 2023, no response from LGR or Fasta Loans as the amount initially reflected after i had settled the loan with LGR was the settlement discount! This seems like 'back tracking' on the settlement discount and 'hounding' me for a paid up amount!..This is negatively impacting my Credit Score!!!!PLEASE respond and resolve immediately....this is unacceptable!!
