LGR Attorneys -
We bought a property through Standard Bank and the bond and transferring attorneys appointed was LGR. It was the worst service ever. It took them 4 weeks to just send an electrician to the property for the COC. No communication from their side, no feedback regarding issues picked up during the sale. I will not by another property if LGR is appointed, NEVER AGAIN! They are brilliant in defending themselves but when it comes to customer care, they are useless!

30 May 2024, 13:33Good morning Mr Beukes, it is not the attorney’s function to obtain the COC, nor to arrange an electrician. Because there was such a delay with the COC, our offices intervened. You have had an insight into the various complexities of this transaction and I will suffice to say that the additional work done by our team was not remotely met by the fee we earned.
