LGR Attorney - unprofessional **********

Watch out for this company who say they represent ABSA - if they do represent ABSA they are **********

They call and harass daily with emails / sms and phone calls - when the gentleman who called me this morning with the same comments like he is reading a screen i tell him 2 ladies have called me in the last week saying the same things as him so i presume he reads the screen. One lady says they have been calling me for months which is also a lie as first contact was a month ago and 6 months ago another company from Cape Town came with the same ******* as this one

the so called debt i have is prescribed debt (i was advised by my lawyer) and instructed to tell them so. They say they will check with ABSA and revert which never happens which tells me they dont represent ABSA.

they threaten with a summons which never happens because they have no legal grounds. then they send emails offering 80% discount on what they say i owe. if i can be summonsed and i am so wrong how come i am offered 80% discount

the aim is to get you to acknowledge any debt and agree to pay. they are caniving ********** and commit harassment

why would i confirm my ID number and date of birth to people i dont even know

the government and the SAP need to close down ********* companies like this
