LGR AND LIME LOANS NO RESPONSE TO CLIENTS BUT LISTING ME AS A DEFAULT PAYER AFTER IVE PAID IN FULL!!!

After being ignored for years and finally posting on hello Peter I got a response from LGR I then made full settlement payments for lime and konga loans got the “paid up letters” but each time I’ve checked since more than a month now -my credit profile still has me listed in default for the lime loans when I call LGR and email them several times no response . I called the Pretoria branch the receptionist was so rude and then put my call through to someone but hung up , contacted Durban branch I was told nobody can help me then they took my email and contact number and said they’ll assist to pass it onto Pretoria branch to clear my credit profile and remove the default status but nothing so now I’m posting on here. Worst part is LGR Attorneys are meant to be on the right side of the law. All I want is my credit profile to be cleared as I’ve paid up these loans ! I’m not interested in phone calls I want an email as I want proof of clearance
