Leaves the customer in the dark.!!!!!

After numerous follow ups with this company and paying them what was due for their supposed client, I can neither get a paid in full confirmation from them or their client (ADT). When calling the client whom I have a service through, they are sending me from pillar to post and telling me to contact LGR Attorneys who we paid and made the settlement arrangement through as they have not received the necessary notification. This is an absolute joke. Someone is clearly not doing their job and the left hand doesn’t have any idea what the right hand is doing. Common courtesy and proper practice does not prevail here.
