Improper practices

With engagement with this company be aware that they use practices in which they are suppose to open with their practices however they will coach and answer and not discuss the agreement letter before you agree to their emails or their phone calls and once you agree they give you a letter which they make their rules for terms and conditions which a ********* practice.
