How was this bully hired

I am very disappointed in your poor service from Zweli(how is he still employed when they have such a stinking attitude) I also work with customers and I know how to treat them and Zweli treatment reflects lack of training or professionalism, it is like everytime I call then at the end of the call I must have a complaint. I owed 2 months of SBVAF installments and I paid R4370 in the last payment made where my installment is R4000 but because I know I owed 2 months installments I paid what I paid to cover the interest earned in these 2 months owing.

The reason for my call is simple and he then wanted to prove he's wiser than me by forcing me to make a PTP to help him reach his targets but my request was totally ignored. I called using a recorded line and I have a copy of the recording also and if something is not done about this then I will take it to the CFDC.

All I asked in this call was that please stop sending me messages, emails or calling me as I do intend to pay this amount and I have paid extra like I said before to cover all these interests earned from SMS's you send, phone calls and emails that you charge me from. If that cannot be done then fine but I have an sms from him immediately after I hung up and within another sms after I called saying no more sms, Zweli is a bully and I want something done about that. I will not let things slide and I intend to move my business from Standard bank and always tell people how poorly you represent them.
